Since its incorporation in July 1997, WMC has employed a full-time OSHA Certified Safety Director. Our safety director also holds certification for Confined Space Entry Training, Fork Truck Operator Safety Training, MSHA Part 46 Training and 15-30 Hour Construction Safety Training. Our safety director regularly conducts employee safety meetings, site inspections, and equipment inspections. Other responsibilities include posting up-to-date entries for OSHA 300 Logs, documentation of all accidents and incidents, and implementation of a thorough accident investigation program.
