About Us:

Nearly 30 Years of Service to Industry in Chicagoland & The Lake Region

Formed in 1997, WMC, Inc. was built with a clear purpose: to deliver the highest quality industrial trades services, backed by skilled professionals, advanced training, and up-to-date equipment. WMC was founded by Brandon Goodwin and Bill Kuhn, who brought together more than 60 years of millwright and machining expertise. Today, Brandon serves as sole owner, and Bill continues to lead as Director of Safety.

Safety Is Core to Everything We Do

Safety for our people and partners isn’t an afterthought — it’s a mindset and culture. At WMC, comprehensive safety programs, training, and protocols are implemented daily to ensure every team member gets home safely.

Since its incorporation in July 1997, WMC has employed a full-time OSHA Certified Safety Director. Our safety director also holds certification for Confined Space Entry Training, Fork Truck Operator Safety Training, MSHA Part 46 Training and 15-30 Hour Construction Safety Training.

Our safety director regularly conducts employee safety meetings, site inspections, and equipment inspections.
